Dandy started a career in Visual Merchandising with GAP in 1995. After progressing quickly to senior level in his career he became responsible for the Visual Merchandising strategy for a number of high street retailers. Dandy has also held senior level and Head of International Visual Merchandising positions for brands such as Mamas and Papas, Debenhams and The Body Shop. He has been the Visual Project Manager for multiple store openings, including global flagship department stores in the UK and International markets and launched global training programs, upskilling senior creative teams in UK, Middle East, Iran, Far East, Europe, India, Russia, Baltics and Czech Republic.
Martin is a very experienced senior level consultant that has worked in Visual Merchandising for nearly 20 years. Martin's retail career has covered many varied high profile projects in the UK and International markets project managing flagship and new stores, and leading the development of International Senior Visual Managers. He has worked at a senior global level in UK, Russia, Europe, Baltics and Far East.
Ashley is a senior level and very experienced consultant, specialising in Visual Merchandising for over 25 years. Ashley has been an integral part of Creative Teams with a number of high street retailers including House of Fraser, Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, GAP, T. M. Lewin, The White Company and Next. Ashley also lectures in all aspects of Visual Merchandising.
